The spacious light-filled interiors have been finished with low volatile organic compound paints to protect your health as well as the environment. Apartments are also equipped with energy efficient ducted air-conditioning, premium gas cooktops, rangehoods and water efficient dishwashers.

The new owners are expected to be moving in before Christmas 2009. Obviously there will be a rush to move in so please book your removalists and book a move-in date with the building management well in advance. Stockland are recommending Erics removalists and Man and His Van removalists as the preferred movers. Both removalist companies are AFRA removalists

What a dump. This is the centre of the affluent Northern Beaches suburb of Balgowlah. It looks like something from a third world country. We look forward to the opening of the new Stockland Balgowlah Village development.
